You will participate in preparation of business plans & forecasts, analyze actual performance and help the business in setting and follow up of financial KPIs.

Your plans and analysis will closely support Management team and CCO to generate, evaluate, coordinate, communicate and monitor objectives, strategies and action plans.

As business planning analyst, you will be working in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for Smoke Free Products (SFP) in Netherlands and interact with representatives of the PM Benelux as well as the regional finance/COE and planning groups in the Global Headquarters in PMI.

Responsibilities of the role:

Interpretation and forecasting of market figures & dynamics
Monitoring RRP performance in all channels
Financial modelling of SFP business and follow up of key financial indicators for NL and BNL
Connect the dots, between actual performance, consumer insights and future actions
Participation in the preparation of key narratives towards PMI or EU Region (Budget presentations, Business Reviews and adhoc analysis)
Provide support and act as a reliable business partner to CCO in defining targets & KPIs and their future follow up
Providing adequate and timely reports to PMI (e.g. month end, budget, rolling forecast)
Providing adhoc analysis and participation to projects

You:

You hold a Finance/Business degree and have a strong affinity with financial workflows and finance basic knowledge
You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills
You are at ease when presenting and reporting to senior management
You are keen on working both in a team and independently
You are customer oriented and show a proactive attitude, seeing opportunities where others see barriers
Unforeseen and ambiguous moments do not stress you. It brings out the best in you.
Passionate about improvement, you continuously focus on developing your skills
You have a natural affinity for PC tools, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in English

What will the selection process look like?

Assessment Tests

The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test.

The results will not be saved in the employee's file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.

Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation.

Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings:
Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions)
Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking)
Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
