As
Partner Laboratory Relationship Manager you are responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the processes and activities related to the
partner laboratories selection, qualification, integration and management processes.

You will also be in charge of coordinating the integration and the management of a defined partners portfolio.

He/she will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with his portfolio of assigned partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

As Manager you are also responsible to implement a strong process including quality and process documentation (WI, SOP) for the lab integration and partnership management activities.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Responsible of Quality documentation and compliance:_
Vendor Management
Create processes documentation
Create templates to achieve lab partnership qualification, integration and management
Create quality documentation: SOP, WI and follow up
Create business metrics

Partner lab Relationship Management (Defined partners portfolio):

Build, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
Facilitate engagement activities between partner resources and internal resources such as legal, sales, marketing, implementation, technical and service teams
Compile and maintain inventory of partner labs within a defined portfolio
Responsible of the lab prequalification and qualification coordination with different stakeholders
Responsible of the coordination of the onboarding process of a new partner lab: contract, KOM meeting, operational set up.
Responsible to ensure that tasks are completed as scheduled by the different internal and external stakeholder.
Clearly communicate the progress of scheduled initiatives to internal and external stakeholders (partners, clients)
Collaborate with internal team to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic management of the partner
Coordinate and lead regularly scheduled partner governance meetings
Will facilitate issue resolution and lead the team in working through project changes.
Responsible of the management of the partner labs in collaboration with the different CR services (IT, Science, QA) and functions and communication with the partner labs.

The role is suitable to those who are able to understand the business in a short amount of time. You possess over excellent communication skills and know how to manage your collaboration with your stakeholders. As you work within a service-oriented environment, we expect you to share our focus on the customer. It is important to be able to think in a conceptual way.

To be successful in this role, you'll need

Background in science, Master of Science degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in the CRO business (preferably central laboratory services) is an asset
Experience in redacting quality documentation
Ability to lead meetings and have excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of solutions and processes
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping
Experience in working with complex, multidivisional, multigeographical environment
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, databases
Fluent in English
