Context:

The Operations team at Degroof Petercam Asset Management (DPAM) provides operational and middle office services. DPAM reaches a point where we need to professionalize the service delivered and increase our automation.

Together with your teammates, you will manage the day-to-day activity, develop the knowledge through the team to optimize the support for other departments.


Your Position:


  • Daily management of our transactions, reconciliation of our cash and positions
  • A customer focused approach
  • You will work within the Operations team with a focus on middle office and risk management
  • You will implement a proper reco workflow
  • Implementing tools that improve the efficiency of operational processes and data projects in the context of our digital ambitions
  • Bringing in new ideas with regard to operations process
  • You will actively participate to the DPAM middle office growth

Your Profile:


  • Master's degree in finance
  • 3 to 5 years of experience is a plus.
  • You are able to convert academic concepts into usable tools for asset management
  • You are passionate about financial markets and you learn quickly
  • Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally.
  • Creative mindset, thinking outofthebox;
  • Team player, challenger, and a positive mindset.
