Responsibility for developing and updating job descriptions, analysing job requirements and objectives, and preparing recruitment materials.

Partnering - up with HR Business Partners and employer branding experts to ensure that the right campaigns are set up to reach potential talent

oSupporting the creation of an overall recruiting strategy and implementing the best approach for internal customersMonitoring best practices in recruitment and collaborating proactively with HR Business Partners and department managers to identify future hiring needs.

Participating in internal team meetings & projects

Requirements:

1-3 years' experience as a Recruiter in a technical environmentPro-active & result oriented - being accountable for his/her deliverablesFlexible - have an agile working attitudeTeamplayer & Out-of-the box mindsetCan-do attitude towards process improvementExperience in infrastructure/engineering sector is a plus

Fluent in French and Dutch
