Jobinhoud

  • Verlenen van administratieve ondersteuning aan de Managing Directors en het Management Team van Amcor Gent
  • Voorbereiden maandelijkse Management Team meeting : opmaken agenda, opmaken presentaties, notuleren, opmaken verslag
  • Consolidatie van het maandelijkse Management Report
  • Consolidatie van de jaarlijkse Budget Presentatie
  • Voorbereiding en consolidatie van de Plant Business Reviews
  • Organisatie van bedrijfsbezoeken
  • Bezoeken van klanten, leveranciers, externe Amcor medewerkers: onthaal, organiseren van plantbezoek, voorbereiding presentaties, boeken van vergaderzalen, lunches, diners, hotels, vervoer,
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de interne communicatie:
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de opzet en het onderhoud van een intern communicatieplatform
  • Organisatie kwartaalmeetings: inplannen data, uitsturen uitnodigingen, boeken zaal, initiëren content presentaties, consolidatie presentaties
  • Organisatie Viewmaster: boeken zaal, afstemmen infrastructuur, uitnodiging deelnemers, catering
  • Redactie en consolidatie Newsletter
  • Verantwoordelijk voor Amcor campagnes van uit de groep
  • Verantwoordelijk voor vertalingen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de externe communicatie:
  • Verantwoordelijk voor Amcor Gent profiel op sociale media
  • Onthaal verlenen aan bezoekers in de Lobby (beurtrol)
  • Verantwoordelijk voor organisatie van bedrijfsevents
  • Varia:
  • Budgetbeheer publiciteit, relatiegeschenken, goody bags
  • Back up commercial & supply chain assistant

Profiel:


  • Je beschikt over een relevant bachelor
- of masterdiploma.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Management Assistant.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk communicatie
- en organisatietalent.

  • Je bent proactief en discreet. Een vertrouwenspersoon.
  • Je bent flexibel, handson en bent een geboren problem solver.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en hebt een goede kennis van de Franse taal.
  • Je kan zeer goed overweg met MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
