Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experience SAP test lead with strong exposure to PP QM modules.

6-12 months contract

Belgium, Gent
Onsite working with some remote / Hybrid working.

Work together with PP QM Team lead to define test plans

7-10 years SAP PP/QM experience with at a minimum 2 full life cycle SAP implementations completed.
Work closely with Process Owners to develop a business centric validation strategy aligned to the integration of the fit to standard processes across the SAP S/4 HANA landscape
Project team to develop a validation strategy relevant for all end-to-end developments (unit, integration, regression, stress, preparation, reporting, operational and performance testing, etc.)
Work closely with the project team (internal and external) to ensure smooth testing of all developments and business processes
Ensure optimal quality during the test phase and ensure all deviations are documented and corrective measures are undertaken
Develop a test plan considering the project timelines
Manage, execute and co-ordinate testing activities
Planning of complex inter dependencies, communicating expectations and coordinating those activities with both internal and external resources
Co-ordination with System Owners to ensure appropriate test environments are available

Scripting and maintaining Test Plan and approach, end user documentation and operational procedures

Ensuring all defects are entered correctly and controlled / managed as effectively as possible through their lifecycle

Experience with solution design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support

Experience with all aspects of the SAP implementation including : gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities.

Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed

Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

Manage the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Functional acceptance testing
Integration Testing
Training Materials Review and Modification
Pre Go-Live Preparation
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Prior experience supporting complex projects as a test manager including test design and analysis
Testing related qualification
Experience in test automation would be beneficial
Knowledge of different testing tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to report to the management
Prior experience in an international/primarily virtual environment
Exposure to a S4 HANA implementation project is advantageous but not essential
Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and produce high quality deliverables (accuracy and thoroughness)
Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
