Due to strong customer and project growth, we are looking for an additional operational lead to complement and strengthen the team of leads.

As an Operational Lead, you will ensure the efficient functioning of your team while being responsible for the growth and development of your customers and your team.

Together with your Operations Manager and fellow operations leads, you will contribute to the successful expansion of the department in line with the company's values.

In addition, you will receive:

Job Description:

Creating an environment that encourages the development of employees by providing appropriate training and promoting knowledge sharing.
Encouraging the development and growth of employees within the organization through regular feedback and development discussions with team members.

Identifying recruitment needs in line with organizational objectives and assessing which resources fit within the team.
Individually following up with employees to build a relationship of trust with the organization and to motivate employees and ensure their commitment to the organization.
Identifying opportunities with existing customers and building a trusting relationship with the customer.
Efficiently and optimally managing resource allocation to ensure that jobs for customers are performed correctly and on time, taking into account the billable ratio.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in ICT or Applied Computer Science (or equivalent through experience).
You are a natural people manager.
You have good communication skills and are able to inspire others.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit to propose and develop innovative ideas within the organization.
You are commercially oriented and able to attract new projects for your department.
You possess strong communication skills and are a strong team player.
You are organized and able to work with a team towards deadlines.
