You will work in our offi ce in Jabbeke where, together with a team of colleagues, you will take care of the planning of our service teams in Belgium.

You are responsible for a region with its service teams. You are good at setting priorities and are not afraid to make decisions. In addition, you can perform well under stress.

Your Tasks

Based on the maintenance planning, you plan teams so that the turbines receive maintenance at the right time;
The coordination of the daily business is in your hands. Thanks to you, the teams can do their work effi ciently and safely;
You ensure that the service technicians are scheduled for training at the right time, and you also arrange their leave requests;
You are the fi rst point of contact for the customer for operational matters, such as maintenance and breakdowns;
You order materials and arrange courier services so that your colleagues can work properly;
You work every day from 7 am to 3.30 pm.

Profiel

A bachelor level of education;
You have daily contact with various parties such as customers; service technicians and managers. This makes it important that you are a strong communicator and know how to represent everyone's interests;
You are good at setting priorities. It may happen that several turbines are not working; you decide which turbine gets priority in solving the problem;
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. You also speak English;
You take the initiative and are therefore aware of what is happening on site;
Stress resistant and strong in keeping an overview.
