I am partnering with my Energy Initiatives client who is currently looking for an ICT Project Manager to join their highly successful team based in Brussels.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

Under ICT Operations Manager guidance and supervision, end-to-end coordination and supportÂ
End-to-end organisation of ICT meetings, webinars, workshops, and events, including:
Preparation of meeting agendas, session files and supporting material;
Management of communication regarding ICT related topics
Tracking and follow-up of actions and decisions;
Support the preparation of Board and General Assembly meetings and activities, with a focus on ICT related topics;
End-to-end coordination of the activities of the one or two ICT Steering GroupsÂ
Support the budget related activities, in liaison with the other managers of the two IT Sections (ICT G&A and ICT Solutions)

Must-Have:
At least 5 years' experience and proven experience in leading ICT projects and/or programme management activities;
Broad general knowledge of ICT technologies, products and trends;
Strong interest and knowledge of ICT strategy principles, including Enterprise Architecture;
Excellent writing and presentation skills in English
Proven track record and appetite for meeting and workshop facilitation in multicultural (European) environment;
Strong stakeholder management skills
