- Operationeel HR-beheer: opvolging van administratieve HR-processen en ondersteuning van dagelijkse HR-activiteiten.
- Projectmatig werken rond o.a. onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, HR-policies en reglementen, veiligheid en welzijn op het werk, intranet en interne communicatie, ICT-opvolging in HR-context, arbeidsreglement, fleet management, opvolging van externe medewerkers.
- Ervaren als hands-on persoon die bereid is om zich volledig in projecten te storten.
