What can you expect?:

You manage the first line communication at one of our clients within the financial sector: end users contact you directly with their bankrelated questions or problems. You analyze the situation and provide readymade solutions by phone, mail, chatbot and social media.
Handle customer cases from A to Z: you actively listen to customers and help at every stage of the process. For complex issues, you work with a team of specialists.
Add a touch of commercialism: you contribute to the improvement of internal business processes and communication. Moreover, with your customeroriented commercial skills you are able to spot new opportunities

Who are we looking for?:

Besides your obvious drive and motivation, you'll increase your chances by:

Studies: a Bachelor's of Master degree is a must.

Experience: first traineeship or work experience in a financial business environment.

Languages: native in Dutch or French, with a very good knowledge of the other.

Personal interests: you're a born problem-solver and eager to learn new methods.

Strengths: team player, customer-centric approach, analytical mindset and excellent communication.
