Technical Onboarding Manager

Start Date:
ASAP - Negotiable - We can accommodate a normal notice period


Contract Length:
Initial 6-month contract
- Project will be initially 3 years.


Location: 2 days in Brussels + 3 Remote


Hours per week: 40/H


Pay:
€450 - €600 per day

I am working with a leading European Institution that is looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to join their team in Brussels on a hybrid basis.

Ideally, we are looking for someone that would be able to start this project as soon as possible, however, we can accommodate a reasonable notice period.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools
• Knowledge in analysing customer segments, e.g., experiencing a specific product problem
• Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft

Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)

• Experience in (or familiarity with) the IT domain
• Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status

updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand what each stakeholder wants and needs
• Aptitude to foster positive relationships
• Problemsolving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prepare clear and wellstructured documents, and presentations
• Teamwork and leadership skills, including ability to work in a friendly, organised, and wellstructured manner also under pressure
