YOUR MISSION

  • The Business Transformation Leader is the driving force behind the effective execution a_nd implementation of transformation and innovation programs that enable the delivery of value for our Manufacturer and Retail customers and for CHEP, leading the development of a strategic vision for transformation and innovation initiatives for CHEP Benelux. Enabling successful execution of all initiatives in the countries to deliver profitable growth and improve customer experience and value._
  • Will be a strategic consultant to the Country General Manager and support in country strategy execution and guides the Benelux CLT and other senior leaders to drive innovation and transformational value in both countries._

YOUR GOALS
Transformation & Innovation

  • Be responsible for creation of the transformation & innovation roadmap in Benelux, including development and commercialization of new solutions for the customer and for CHEP.
  • Be responsible for enabling the execution and ensure a periodic review of the Benelux transformation roadmap, including regional portfolio alignment, effective resource allocation and priority setting.
  • Implement KPI's and SLAs to measure performance and time to value.
  • Engage in the collection of customer insights to feed the pipeline with ideas that can be turned into concepts which can be transferred into products and solutions.
  • Close monitoring of and collaborating with Brambles global and regional initiatives.
Strategy

  • Responsible to lead business strategy development and strategic initiatives identification in the CLT.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized threeyear roadmap of strategic initiatives to address key capability gaps and deliver strategic objectives.
  • Lead execution of identified strategic initiatives through either direct project management or portfolio management.
  • Consult the Country Leadership Team and collaborate with the local commercial, supply chain and regional finance teams to identify whatif scenarios in support of the 3year plan strategic initiatives
Other

  • Contribute effectively as a member of the Country Leadership Team, supporting the Benelux strategy through a high level of crossfunctional collaboration with the other CLT members.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the market; represent CHEP on relevant fairs and congresses to gain market insights and understand customer needs.
  • Lead, develop & coach a team of experts within strategic project management, digital transformation, customer solutions and integrated marketing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Solid track record of industry experience in strategy development, digital solutions, relevant industrial sectors (FMCG/Retail) or with a strategic consultancy
  • Experience in Portfolio Management for strategic initiatives
  • Customer facing experience, broad understanding of customer needs.
  • Effectively navigating a matrix organization
  • Proven track record of strong networking and leadership skills
  • Languages: English, & Dutch. Additional French is advantageous
