We are currently looking for a

HR RECRUITER

Job responsibilities:

Talent sourcing
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their specific staffing requirements.
Interview coordination
Recruitment administration
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activities.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics for management.
Stay update on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using HR software.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Highly organized, detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills
High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
