Platform Service Owner - Reltio Master Data Management Solution:

The Johnson & Johnson MedTech Commercial organization is in the process of implementing Master Data Management process and tooling, using Reltio, in order to clearly understand Product, HCP and HCO.


This is the cornerstone of a number of associated programs within MedTech to improve Data Democratization, Data Cataloguing, customer visibility and overall use of data to deliver on Business and Patient outcomes.


We are looking for an individual with a solid background in the implementation and running services for Master Data Management services, especially utilising Reltio as a core tool, while working with Alation Data Catalogue and Amazon cloud services would be a significant advantage.


The role will lead the service delivery from Technology Services to allow the business to complete the design, rollout and implementation of a Reltio MDM capability, and establish that into a stable running service that will continue to mature.

Be part of the design of the MDM Reltio soltuion and be responsible for the support set up for production running.


Working with the Global Support organization, you will design and implement the services needed to run Reltio capability, with the support process, tracking of issues and resolutions, working to defined SLAs.

There are parallel projects running in North America and APAC which you will align with and ensure that the Technology Services create the best in class service delivery.

Responsible for end-end Reliability and Service Delivery on Strategic Platform


Demand Management:


  • Work with Business & BT (Business IT) partners to understand future demanat Strategic Platform level. Uses both push and pull techniques.
  • Engage with technical and delivery teams to effectively schedule and source demand, using Stable teams.
  • Approval of pricing techniques / strategies for supported services.

Delivery:


  • Accountable for the overall delivery of services across the Strategic Platform, ensuring that service performance meets or exceeds established goals / SLAs including ontime and onbudget delivery of new business requests.
  • Oversight to ensure the best delivery methodology is applied for each initiative.
- we Ensure capacity models are used appropriately.
- we provide proper level of support to team as they address issues and challenges across all service areas —including partner concerns and blockers.

  • Provide a comprehensive report on the deli very of SLAB and Services on a regular interval, to both customers and internal TS, in order to show the health and reliability and ongoing development.
  • Deliver cost and service optimizations

Strategy


and Design:


  • Lead the lifecycle of the Strategic Platform, and components within it.
  • Create vision for all services consumed within the strategic platform, in collaboration with the BUTT.
  • Partner with business owners and BT to tailor services for Strategic Platform
  • Build and handle a regional team of technology professionals tasked with Designing and Implementing regional service models in accordance with those strategies.
  • Keep abreast of process trends and leading practices occurring in the marketplace to influence future strategic direction.
  • Identify and engage with external partners in support of strategy.
  • Engage with other PSOs to drive PSO standard methodologies

Qualifications:


Experience and technical knowledge:

Industry and domain expertise, technical knowledge of platforms and software technology, knowledge of business process and business strategy
