What awaits you:

• As anApplication Manager (f/m/d), you will support the introduction,upgrades and maintenance of standard banking software (clientsoftware) available on the market, which is used specifically inthe investment process.
• Together with theteam, you will take care of the preparation, testing, acceptanceand rollout of the software packaging, which is carried out by ourprovider.
• You will work closely withinternal units such as operations management, provider managementand IT security and take over communication with the softwaremanufacturers.
• Your applications are part ofthe bank's software processes, in which you support the necessarydocumentation, acceptance and control processes.
• Through active requirements management, you ensuretransparency in the projects and thus support the prioritization ofthe specialist departments.
• You are thecontact person (f/m/d) for the specialist department for questionsabout your applications and support the necessary incident andproblem management.

You bringwith you:

• You have a degree in(business) informatics or a comparable completed apprenticeship(e.g. IT specialist)
• You have knowledge ofsystem integration and application testing, ideally in the banking/ finance sector
• Do you have experience withapplications such as FactSet, Mathlab, EViews or Axioma - or wouldyou like to learn this in this position?
• Youhave technical knowledge in the Windows client environment.Knowledge of VDI, servers, networks and firewalls is also helpful -you can also gradually build up this knowledge in the position
• Confident handling of MS products(especially Excel, Access, VBA) is required and good knowledge ofPython environments on Windows clients is desirable - you can alsogradually develop your skills here too
• Fluent German and a good command of English round off your profile
