Your Mission

As our
Team Leader, you will play a key role in directing and guiding our Brand Ambassadors, bridging the gap between our company and our customers.

Your proficiency in your language, as well as your competence in French, Dutch, or English, will enable you to provide top-tier support, resolve inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team of advisors, serving as their primary point of contact for support and guidance.
Utilize your language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues at the supervisor level.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service through your team.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure the team's success.
Develop efficient work schedules for the Brand Ambassador team, considering operational needs and customer service requirements.
Create regular reports on team activities, including call volumes, response times, resolution rates, and more.

To thrive in this role, you must...

Have full proficiency in Dutch and French.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer relationships.
Prior customer service experience is preferred, with demonstrated leadership abilities a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also valued.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their language proficiency, customer service skills, and product knowledge.

Whats in it for you...

Salary: €3200 up to €4000 /month depending on experience.
1 month of office training up to 1 days of work from home per week after training period.
Contract: 1 year contract, renewable and potential to move to a permanent (CDI) contract.
Yearend bonus: 13th month
