    • Oversee international shipping operations for waste management and recycling materials.
    • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers.
    • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and environmental standards.
    • Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping partners.
    • Monitor and track shipments for timely delivery.
    • Manage documentation and customs paperwork.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align shipping activities.
    • Analyze shipping data for cost-saving opportunities.
    • Train and supervise logistics staff.

    ***Freelance International Shipping Logistics Manager***

    • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in international shipping and logistics management, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry.
    • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and environmental standards.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using shipping software and logistics management systems.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
