Good morning, My name is Allan, manager at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions. I am looking for an accountant for my client, a group in the real estate sector. This is a permanent position in Brussels.
YOUR MISSIONS:
Role at accounting level:
- Carry out bookkeeping and month ends (full cycle) for the main company and some related companies
- Produce journal entries
- Produce various account analyzes
- Participate in the preparation of endofyear files
- Participate in and monitor the budget process
- Commercial and residential leases:
- Updating and maintaining commercial leases
- Updating price lists
- Validate monthly invoicing for commercial customers
- Produce analyzes to distribute common costs and bill annual adjustments
- Prepare operating cost tables
- Other oneoff tasks at the request of the controller
YOUR PROFILE:
Job requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Work experience in the construction or property management sector an asset;
- Knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- English AND French are essential, Dutch is a BIG plus
WE OFFER:
- A permanent Contract (CDI, 40H / week)
- Salary : 4000€ x 13.9
- Holidays : 4 weeks + 12 RTT
