You will be responsible for:
- Order management and planning in coordination with the BCU Manager & the Production Manager;
- Carrying out the operations necessary for dispatching orders in compliance with delivery times and costs : Order Management in D365 ; Delivery tracking ; Relations with carriers and other suppliers ; Management of packaging, stillages,..
- Editing the shipping documents for the expedition teams;
- Editing delivery notes & invoices and followup.
Profil
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor
- Minimum experience of 3 years in sales administration.
- Strong customer oriented attitude with excellent communication skills (patience, empathy, proactivity and efficiency).
- Stress and priority management.
- French and English fluent.
- Dutch and/or German is a strong asset
- MS Office & ERP proficient.
