Your mission

Take the lead in the recruitment process: from intake with the hiring manager, over sourcing, screening & interviewing, to onboarding the new talent.
Reinforce our employer brand through online and offline presence.
Be in the driver's seat for a wide range of HR projects (DEI, wellbeing, career management,.)
Proactively monitor the training needs of the organisation and the impact of all L&D initiatives and act upon this.
Be the SPOC for questions from the business in your areas of expertise, both on individual, team and organisation level.
Leverage your excellent people skills alongside your analytical mindset to interpret numerical data, driving actionable steps and guarantee a thorough followup.
Stay on top of HR trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

You

Link your enthusiastic drive to achieve results with the right dose of diplomacy and the necessary confidentiality.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Like working evidence based, you use research and data to drive decisionmaking.
Have experience in recruitment and selection and a broad interest in talent management.
Posses an affinity for quantitative analysis and a talent for approaching tasks thoughtfully and analytically.
Love diversity and are eager to be in the driver's seat of a wide range of HR projects.
Preferably have a master degree and ca. 3 years of relevant experience.
Want to work on our beautiful campus in Brussels, Ghent and/or Leuven in combination with your home office.
