_ Global Digital & Data Analytics Capabilities & Strategy Lead_:


Job Purpose:

As Global Digital & Data Analytics Capabilities & Strategy Lead, you will be responsible to

  • Align the different capabilities and portfolio plan to have a coherent roadmap (from MES, digital, D&A, data & process modelization)
  • Ensure Compliance of the different activities in collaboration with ecompliance teams

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Portfolio & Strategy_
  • Manage DDA Roadmap to ensure a successful transformation and clear articulation of the different projects and programs
  • CapMan projectsteam
  • Organizing resources (process definition, identification budget )
  • Strategic Alignment with Quality, Supply chain, Technical R&D (TRD)
  • Define Performance Tracker to value Digital and Data Solutions
  • Standard Process_
  • Owner of E2E process for DDA (ideation à lifecycle)
  • Wow of the team
  • Connect the different solutions
  • Owner of CBL (Competency Based Learning)
  • Network, capabilities & communication_
  • Build and Animate the Digital Network with Digital Officers
  • Communication across the Digital Network
  • Develop Change management framework to ensure proper landing of the solutions in Vx Operations Organization.
  • Act as the DDA referent for capabilities who assists the business on the best Learning choice to optimize user's DDA journey (diagnose, collect business case, advisor on training, methodology to learn)
  • Contribute to DDA capability assessment to develop a capability program
  • Propose a roadmap to follow and to structure the competency about selected DDA profiles, in order to leverage Site DDA skills, create adding values, knowledges & motivation of employees
  • Lead and ensure the continuous improvement of DDA capabilities journey (ea. new technology) based on business needs, business expectations & customer satisfaction in term of contents, timeline & selected profiles.

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience: Business Administration or Bioengineer/Business Engineer.
  • A broad experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and/or Digital Solutions
  • Good stakeholders and network management:
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to influence and impact
  • A previous experience in

Project Management:
organizational and prioritization skills, structure

  • Good knowledge of GSK Vaccines Organization, especially in developing partnership with GSK Vaccine network.
