A global business heavily involved in essential infrastructure and clean energy projects are undertaking a 3 year HR Transformation Programme extending their Workday platform to the Global business.

As Workday Programme Manager for the EMEA region you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Workday across the EMEA region.

You'll work closely with colleagues in the Global Programme Team adapting the Global HRIS Workstreams into the EMEA region as well as taking responsibility for a range of regional workstreams specific to EMEA.

Your role will be to lead EMEA Programme Team meetings, lead Steerco meetings, build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, technology vendors and members of the Global Programme Team.

You'll be actively involved across a full range of Project and Programme related tasks including functional analysis, leading design sessions and ultimately ensuring that the EMEA HRIS roadmap is implemented to time and budget.

Workday Programme Manager (EMEA) - Required Profile:

• Detailed Workday Implementation knowledge gained specifically as Project or Programme Manager
• Driving implementation within the EMEA region
• Experience taking the Lead on a minimum of one of the following three Global workstreams:
• HCM, Total Rewards, Analytics, Workforce planning & HCM
• L&D, Talent, Performance
• Rec & Onboarding
• Ability to assess and customise change management approach from global templates and tools for effective use in EMEA
• Belgium based with flexibility to visit Brussels HQ at least once a week as required

You'll have the opportunity to work from end to end on this large, global transformation and will be a person of significant influence within the EMEA programme.
