    We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our rapidly growing team, based in Louvain-la-Neuve.

    In this role, you will be responsible for :

    Advanced Technical Support:

  • You will be tasked with providing second-level technical support.
  • Your mission will be to swiftly resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  • System Administration:

  • You'll have the opportunity to configure and maintain servers and IT components.
  • Your collaboration will be essential during system updates and upgrades.
  • Network Management:

  • You will play an active role in network monitoring and management.
  • Your expertise will contribute to ensuring reliable connectivity.
  • Security and Data Protection:

  • You'll assist in implementing IT security policies.
  • Your involvement will be crucial in safeguarding our sensitive data.
  • IT Asset Management:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining the IT asset inventory.
  • Your efficient resource management will contribute to our success.
  • What we value

    What we are looking for:

  • Background: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in system administration.
  • Cloud: Knowledge of Azure, AZ-104 / Azure Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
  • Automation Tools: In-depth experience with Ansible/Terraform.
  • Linux Knowledge: Strong skills in Linux/Unix.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication in French (C1) and professional level of English (minimum B2).
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, independent, team-oriented, focused on service and quality.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with technologies.
  • You ideally have experience in:

  • Monitoring: Nagios, check_mk, Grafana, Prometheus.
  • CI/CD: Implementation with Gitlab.
  • Git Knowledge: Proven experience.
  • Containerization: Kubernetes, Docker is a plus.
