About Our Client:

Our client is an international player in the medical sector.

They are located in the Zaventem region.
Today they are reinforcing their team with a Customer Service OTC (Order to Cash) for the DACH region.

As Senior Customer Service OTC DACH you will have following responsibilities;

  • You are responsible for the markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
  • Responsibility over the entire Order to Cash process
  • You manage all sales orders
  • You inform your clients about the order status, delivery status and invoicing terms
  • You are the SPOC for your clients and you help them with their questions, requests and demands
  • You help clients proactively with claims
  • You work on adhoc projects
  • You are a solid back up for your team members

The Successful Applicant:

The Senior Customer Service OTC DACH has following profile:

  • A solid experience as Customer Service Order to Cash
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Flexible, meticulous, precise
  • You have strong relationship skills
  • Knowledge of SAP (or similar) is a plus
  • Affinity with the medical industry
