Wir suchen für unser Büro in Wien zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Leiter:in Buchhaltung (m/w/d)
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (bspw. Bilanzbuchhalter)
- Mindestens 3-jährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen in einem industriellen Unternehmen
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Know-how in der Optimierung und Digitalisierung buchhalterischer Prozesse
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Erfahrung mit Oracle NetSuite von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten
Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche vollständige Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach UGB
- Koordination aller buchhalterischer Angelegenheiten, bspw. Kontierung, Klärung bilanzrechtlicher Fragestellungen, Ansprechpartner für Fragen bei der Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen und der Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Bearbeitung von bilanziellen Sonderthemen und internen Projekten, z.B. Analyse und praxisnahe Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse und Systeme
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Kolleg:innen aus Finance, Property Management und Asset Management
- Sparringspartner für interne und externe Ansprechpartner Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
