The Job

We seek a class-A player capable of building strong relationships with our logistics partners, understanding and mitigating distribution challenges, streamlining logistics, and leading the materials handling team.

You will manage materials flow in and out of the warehouse and help us scale the business at lightning speed.

As a Distribution Manager, you will report to the Director Operations.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage the distribution of products across the globe
Manage a lean warehouse, analyze stock levels, and establish order schedules in agreement with sales forecasts
Coach, train, and work with the team who receive, store, and ship products
Profound understanding of international logistics including importing and exporting
Work in close relationships with clearance agents and logístical partners
Analyse data to assess performance, discover logístical challenges, and think of plans for improving material flows and making our processes scalable and effective.
