As a Site Supervisor you will contribute to the efficient and effective execution of the on-site project scope.

-->Plan and schedule lifting activities.
- organize the jobsite
- mapping environmental factors
- collaborate closely with project manager & crew
- organize crew certs, site registrations, permits, equipment inspection,...

-->Supervise and coordinate heavy lifting operations on-site.
- deliver safety briefings
- communicate all info and deliver guidance to your crew
- troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during lifting operations
- acting as first point of contact for client

-->Follow-up
- maintain accurate records of lifting activities, including equipment inspections, safety assessments, and incident reports.

In this position, you will collaborate on a day-to-day basis with an operations team formed out of project manager, crane operators, SHEQ officer, riggers,... . You will report towards the operations department manager.

PROFILE

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor : a strong communicator, a hands-on team coach, with an eye for safety and a flexible attitude. As a Site supervisor you are making the difference because of your ability to coordinate all on-site elements (crew, equipment, planning changes, site characteristics,...) in one smooth operations.

The profile requirements:

- Proven experience in the heavy lifting world, preferably as a site supervisor or a similar function. Experience in reading and interpreting lifting plans. Comprehensive understanding of heavy lifting techniques, equipment, and rigging procedures.

- Hoisting, crane, and safety certificates are big assets.

- Basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication; solid knowledge of English; to ensure smooth communication on site.

- Basic computer skills.

- Able to work in 6-2 rotations.
