For our Vascular division, we are recruiting a FP&A Manager to be based in our EMEA Headquarters in Diegem, Belgium.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead all Vascular EMEA Planning activities.
• Plan and Update budget review processes
• Ensure accuracy and timely achievement of reports due dates
• Monitor different components of performance P&L to early identify potential issues that require
• management attention.
• Maintains effective relationship with Division HQ finance team, countries' finance staff, EHQ marketing,
• Market intelligence group and IT personnel as a critical component in obtaining relevant information.
• Contributes in the design and creation of Ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
• Define department's objectives, team and personal goals, and ensures goal achievement.

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in business or finance or equivalent in experience
• More than 7 years' work experience
• Proven experience in people management
• In-depth understanding of P&L, Balance sheet and standard cost accounting
• Excellent command of Excel and macros is a must. VBA knowledge is a great advantage.
• Knowledge in Hyperion Planning and Cognos is desirable.
• Fluency in English, additional language is an asset
• Experience in an international company
