We are seeking an experienced

Transaction Services Manager to join our Big 4 client in

Belgium. As a member of the team, you will be working with key clients across a range of industries, leading engagements and providing expert analysis and advice to support mergers, acquisitions, and financings.

Located in the heart of Europe, Belgium offers a vibrant mix of cultures, languages, and culinary delights.

With its central location and excellent transportation links, daily life can take you from the historic city centres of Brussels, Antwerp, or Bruges to the beautiful forests and countryside or the coastal towns.

Rest of the Europe is also an easy drive or train ride away, and you will work as a part of multicultural team of colleagues.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute financial due diligence for varied clientele (sector agnostic)
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other deliverables
Manage client relationships and deliver highquality service
Lead and mentor staff, ensuring their professional development

Requirements:

Relevant university degree and/or professional qualifications
6+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence or related field
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
French or Dutch language proficiency is highly desired
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
Willingness to travel as needed
