Skills, knowledge, experience required:

Experience with Agency crossService Line resource allocation and coordination;
Experience with Resource Management;
Experience in representing teams or entities;
Adaptive Team member;
Knowledge and experience of pertinent modern communications and information systems;
Knowledge of NATO CIS, MS SharePoint, MS Projects and MS Office;
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
Good briefing skills.

Duties/role:

Supporting AOM Deployments cell in maintaining an uptodate record of personnel deployed to the Theatre of Operations and/or Exercises (ensuring 100% situational awareness on deployed personnel);
Providing direct assistance in organizing/coordinating AOM Deployments regarding personnel paperwork, travel arrangements, constraints, and caveats;
Maintaining information flow to and from the operational theatres;
Facilitating communication with administrative staff in other organizational elements within and outside the Agency to ensure coordination of deploying personnel;
Organizing meetings and predeployment briefings, implementing personnel education programs;
Coordinating with the Travel office for the travel coordination of deployed personnel;
Keeping AOM Wiki Pages up to date with the most current information; maintaining the Community of Practice workspace and promoting its use to the deployed personnel community;
Assisting with the creation of purchase requests against the CE projects;
Supporting the AOM Deployment cell for the reachback support function to all deployed staff;
Acting as a substitute for highergrade staff when necessary;
Performing other duties as required.
