We are strengthening our team in the "Human Resources" department at ZF Windpower in Lommel (BEL).

ZF Wind Power puts wind energy in motion The ZF Wind Power Business Unit is part of ZF group which is known as one of the world's leading automotive suppliers.

Within our unit we develop, validate and service gear units used in wind turbines producing sustainable energy and we have been doing this for more than 40 years Today we build new drivetrain solutions to meet the requirements of the future.

As wind turbines continue to grow, we are continuously pushed outside of our engineering boundaries, which makes it a challenging engineering environment to work in.

Your tasks as HR Payroll Officer (M/F/d):

Run Payroll inclusive closing for both blue & white collar workers and handling HR admin related activities
Managing on daily level time & attendance (T&A)
Handle employee and labor related questions
Support monthly reporting and analytics to the ZF Group
Support actively process improvement initiatives in the payroll department
Play a vital role in renewing the team, where you will be capable to have your personal impact and can make a difference in creating a work environment, where a huge investment

Your profile as HR Payroll Officer (M/F/d):

Experienced Payroll officer (M/F/d) with several years of work experience in an international global environment
Experience in Eblox, T&A tools (Protime), HRIS (SuccessFactors), Excell and other tools from external providers like insurance, mobility, medical services, agency temp offices,highly recommended
Employment legislative knowledge (Joined Committee), CLA (National & sector agreements)
Resilient, confidential, accurate & analytical as well as fast learning person, a real teamplayer and strong communicator with different stakeholders; employees, management, unions,
Fluent in Dutch & English
