The main mission of this role is to:

He/she will also be the ICT Applications Business Partner for the Finance function and work together with the Regional Application Project managers for the successful delivery of projects across countries.


Key Accountabilities

  • Leadership of the SAP ERP Application implementations for the Finance area including S/4 Hana migration across the Group companies (large & medium size) and ERP Odoo implementations for smaller businesses
  • Ownership of all global nonERP solutions for the Finance functional area
  • Liaise with the Puratos business community for the Finance functional area to understand and respond to their needs and propose solutions for new business requirements
  • Define priorities together with the Finance functions and countries
  • Ensure overall integrated solutions with focus on value creation and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Owners in HQ/region/country
  • Align on a regular base with all stakeholders & teams
  • Act as an inspiring leader: ensuring team members are properly trained and coached, provide guidance to project managers within the team and ensure knowledge building inside the team to provide the latest technology solutions to Puratos business
  • Project Management: guarantee knowledge transfer to users and ensure transition to support after golive of a rollout, implement the necessary reporting during each project based on the available data sets, implement the necessary authorizations during each project according the authorizations model defined, manage the budget for projects within the region and for rollouts as part of a larger ICT investment project

Who are we looking for?

  • You have preferably a Master degree
  • Excellent SAP knowledge in Finance functional domains with focus on SAP Controlling.
  • SAP S/4 knowledge for the Finance and Controlling modules is an asset
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an asset
  • Willingness to travel: max 10%
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English and are mastering French and/or Dutch
