About the job
Synergy Sports Technology, part of Sportradar group seeks talented Installation
Support to join our team.
In a company where Sports and Technology are at its core, you will be a critical
member of the Operation team. Our customers rely on the Operation Team long
after our automated video production systems have been installed. Your primary
responsibilities will be answering questions and solving problems related to the
Synergy tools, which will require technical knowledge and expertise.
You will also work with our Product Delivery Team to help prepare and deliver our
hardware solution to our clients. This includes preparing servers and calibrating our
camera systems.


RESPONSABILITIES:
Follow procedures and workflows
Create, maintain and share documentation about our installation and product
Assist the on-site install teams with the installation of our systems around the world
Answer tickets escalated to you, and escalate as necessary
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
Keep up to date with all internal new product features
Capture knowledge from new issue resolution and share in the Knowledge Base
Assist Delivery team in preparing the system before shipment
Assist Delivery team with installations logistics
Give training to our clients on how to use our automated system and platforms
Travel to client locations for on-site interventions as needed; potentially a few days a month


YOUR PROFILE:
Highly effective communicator with the ability to correspond with customers and colleagues.
Extremely self-motivated with diligent work ethic and strong organizational skills.
Highly positive and analytical mindset.
Always eager to learn new things

Innate passion to help our clients make the leap into the world of automated video production and efficient live-stream broadcasts.

Interested in sports and technology.
Courage to challenge the status quo; if you see something is broken, have a voice to fix it.


Skills:1+ years of experience working in a customer facing troubleshooting role.
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience in computer science.
Experience with on site support/installation
Networking knowledge
Experience working with Linux

English:
fluent - Any other language is a big plus
