As Training Coordinator Sample Handling, Kit Building and Logistics you ensure training compliance through effective & efficient training for new and existing staff in the Sample Handling, Kit Building and logistics team.

About the role:

You continuously update and facilitate function specific onboarding plans.
Support process owners in creating & updating process documentation.
Prepare and execute function specific (classroom) trainings.
Follow up onboarding plans within the department.
Keep training curriculum uptodate in collaboration with the training team.
Investigate training non compliance and develops mitigation plans.
Support teamleads in competency assessments & evaluations.
Collaborate with own team and stakeholders.
Gather input from both own team as well as stakeholders on training needs.
Analyze, initiate and create training development plans.
Advice team on any non function specific training.
Develop and support competency assessments & evaluations.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
You are analytical & detail oriented while able to keep oversight.
With ability to create training plans and execute individual group trainings.
Experienced to work in a regulated (GmP, GCP,) environment.
Experience in health care industry/clinical trials is a strong asset.
You communicate in a clear and effective way.
You have the ability to build and maintain cross functional relationships.
You like to work in a fast paced/changing environment.
You write and speak fluent in Dutch and English.
