    We will rely on you to:

    • Ensuring MGC is correctly set up for relevant clients – obtaining data from the CA's about the client and their exposure
    • Appointing Marsh where required and managing the contacts for local Marsh and client offices.
    • Attending pre-renewal strategy meetings
    • Identifying and requesting country specific documents to minimise delays.
    • Identifying cash before cover territories and monitoring payment process
    • Responsibility to gather accurate network instruction information and distributing to service office via our internal tool.
    • Attending tracking calls to discuss any issues with issuance of documents.
    • Monitoring post renewal payment progress
    • Attending frequent insurer engagement meetings to improve service.
    • Communicate and deliver full multinational strategic advice for large complex global programs.
    • You will receive an allocated set of accounts.
    • Involvement in all global tenders and defensive/retention reviews to ensure that MA services are properly articulated and utilized.
    • Provide a global service CE role for an identified Client portfolio.
    • Strategic carrier engagement
    • Advice on structure of global programs with complex regulatory issues.

    What you need to have:

    • Hold at minimum a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance, insurance, or risk.
    • Preferably professional experience in risk or (multinational) insurance management or account management.
    • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch and/or French is required to strengthen the insurer and client relationship experience.
    • Eagerness to exchange collaborate and work in a multinational network and a global company.
    • You have some experienced in "B to B" business and can operate in a high-performance environment.
    • Think outside of the box, a can-do positive attitude, interpersonal skills, flexibility, team spirit.
    • You find your way around Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
