Coordinating, participating and/or supervising projects for the activities on which the job holder depends, taking into account the quality, budget and timing and aiming for a result that meets the set objectives, the expectations of the hierarchy, the internal and external customers within the legal framework.

The job holder will optimise the procedures end-to-end, follow up the existing procedures or draft new ones if necessary. The job holder has a broad knowledge of the different systems and ensures the maintenance and coherence between them.

Monitoring of all business parameters and management indicators on the middle and back office of residential loans. Suggest adjustments to the parameters/procedures and provide the necessary support on management for reporting to management and staff.

Main tasks

Functional analysis of assigned projects. Sitting with the end customer to align all requirements and include them in the analysis.
Coordinating projects: at functional or operational level, ensuring the management of the projects/ideas linked to his/her activities (concerning nontransversal procedures, change management, the management of innovations and reengineering/strategic optimisation) with the aim of finalising them within the scope, budget, timing and taking quality into account.
Formulating recommendations
Planning and realisation of the communication to the different target groups in order to inform the persons concerned in the best possible way
After putting the project into production, optimising processes and procedures to improve the result obtained and defining new projects if necessary
Reporting different activities

Profile

You have knowledge equivalent to a Master of Science degree in computer science or a Master degree with a specialisation in ICT or equivalent through experience.
You have a relevant experience of minimum 3 years in an IT organisation
You have knowledge of basic data processing and statistical data interpretation
You quickly understand how business processes and IT processes function,
A good knowledge of mortgage lending processes, knowledge of processes for consumer loans or professional loans is an important asset
You are a good listener
You can work autonomously
You are creative and critical
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French and you have a good knowledge of English
You are familiar with MS Office tools
