Job description As Functional Analyst, your role will be to:Translate the customer needs gathered by the "Operations" division into usable "requirements"Collaborate with the "systems" and "products" services to ensure feasibilityBring information together from different sourcesPrepare a schedule for performing incremental analysesEscalate incidents or issues that affect the schedule used by the other business units was communicatedLead the working meetings with the developers and with the technical teamsEnsure consistency with other existing projectsGather real data and real cases with a view to performing functional testingCreate a plan of testing that includes different test scenariosManage and guiding users during test executionsGather test data and integrate them into the development processYou are able to write SQL queries Profile As a Functional Analyst, you have:A Master or bachelor degree in IT or equivalent by experienceBetween 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of the methods and techniques of functional analysis (UML Use Cases, UML Class Diagram, Data Model - ERD)Good knowledge of the methods and techniques of process description (UML Activity Diagram or BPMN)Good knowledge of analysis in the form of Usecases depending on project to project; you are familiar with Agile, DevOps and ScrumVery good command of French and/or Dutch + English
