Job summary
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to play a key role in our next phase of growth. You'll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract top engineering talent and help shape how we scale our team in Egypt.This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your work directly impacts company expansion.
You'll join an international, fast-paced environment with real ownership, visibility, and opportunities to grow quickly alongside the business,
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
- Proactively source candidates using Boolean Search LinkedIn Recruiter other channels
- Create attractive job ads support Employer Branding
- Conduct screening interviews assess both technical cultural fit
- Track recruitment KPIs Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes bring fresh ideas enhance candidate experience
