• Account management & Business development Activities;
• Stay in touch with current Client companies for updates on new and existing business, become a true business partner on which clients can rely ;
• Identify potential Clients for new business ;
• Develop accounts, coordinate and develop business based upon client visits, referrals, networking, cross selling.
• Interview and Placement Activities;
• Planning the screening, search and selection process and monitoring its effective implementation and conclusion
• Preparing CVs for presentation to Client and ensuring quality levels are sufficient for Client inspection ;

• High level of energy, sales acumen and assertiveness ;
• Entrepreneurial mindset : flexibility, autonomy, handson attitude ;
• Strong communication & negotiation skills ;
• Ability to focus on own sales but proactive contribution of new ideas and to team objectives ;
