Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (FL)

Description:


What is the challenge?

  • You lead and manage the recruitment & selection process from A to Z ;
  • You identify and source appropriate talents for current open positions within the organization using job boards, Internet sourcing, social media and other channels ;
  • You build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and ongoing talent pooling ;
  • Supporting the creation of an overall recruiting strategy and implementing the best approach for internal customers
  • You represent the company during job fairs.

Requirements:


Who are you?

  • You have minimum
    6 years' experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist ;
  • You have a proven experience with strategic and tactical recruitment in combination with Employer Branding and labor market communication.
  • You are at ease with
    allround profiles like Project manager in IT or Technical Specialist:
  • You speak
    Dutch and
    French and have a good knowledge of English:
  • You are an excellent communicator and strong team player
