Who we are looking for


As a Junior Brand & Advertising Manager, you will support the Brand Manager in shaping the whole customer acquisition and branding strategy, managing the biggest part of our investments so to attract new customers and build the positioning of Amplifon brand in the country.

You are obsessed by performing and at the same time transforming our marketing operations, always putting the customer first and in a data-driven way.

You are part of the local marketing team and report to the Brand Manager for the Belgium market.

In this crucial and very dynamic role, you will get an all-round marketing experience, creating the right content and building the best media plans to achieve the business objectives.


Main activities

His/Her main areas of accountability will be:

  • Attract new consumers and build brand awareness and top of mind through growing investments
  • Lead transformation and innovation projects, both locally and across the region
  • Execute and continuously improve the annual, quarterly and monthly marketing activation
  • Foster a safe creative environment in which new (campaign) ideas emerge and grow
  • Design and implement an outstanding customer experience across all channels and devices
  • Deploy 360° integrated campaign, both from a content and a media planning perspective
  • Offline Media planning and execution in collaboration with an external agency and in accordance with both the global guidelines and the country's needs
  • Monitor KPI and business performance of each channel generated by the overall lead acquisition plan
  • Drive overall marketing performance management across marketing channels
  • Support in the management of the overall marketing budget
  • Work closely with your international stakeholders and counterparts and other departments such as Sales, Retail Excellence, IT, Medical affairs, finance

Required Skills & Competencies

  • University degree required (B&A, marketing, communication, management engineering)
  • Previous experience in brand, marketing is a plus
  • You are curious, entrepreneurial and strive to improve every day
  • Analytical skills and able to excel in a data rich environment
  • You are a true team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to develop personally and professionally and to work in an international environment
  • You are a wellorganized and detailoriented person
  • Fluent in Dutch (is a must) and English, French is a plus
