Your mission


Our OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Key Account Coordinator to strengthen this team.

What will you work on?

  • Clarify and report customers' requirements to the relevant internal departments within Aisin Europe and with Aisin Corporation (in Japan)
  • Coordinate, control and administer assigned projects both internally & externally
  • Monitor and report customer KPI and coordinate necessary action plans with other departments
  • Support specific EU Car Manufacturer in daily commercial topics to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure smooth business continuity.
  • Prepare and release quotations and price lists, support negotiation until customer approval and followup to ensure timely Purchase order receipt
  • Support sales budget preparation
  • Followup and collection of payments if needed
Profiel


MUST HAVE

  • Sales/business orientation bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience level: Junior-Confirmed
  • Customer orientation
  • Negociation skills
  • Ready to travel in Europe (up to 15%)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Fluency in English. French is an advantage
