What can you expect?:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Asset Management Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of assets, strategic planning, inventory management, and facilitating cross-team collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the lifecycle of assets, ensuring timely ordering and replacement when necessary.
Conduct strategic planning to identify optimal times for ordering new equipment such as laptops.
Oversee inventory management, including regular stock checks and reporting.
Facilitate crossteam collaborations to ensure smooth asset management processes.

Who are we looking for?:

Hard skills:
Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French languages (written and oral).
Deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities for asset management, including configuration, customization, and utilization of its modules for tracking, reporting, and automation.
Familiarity with IT assets, particularly laptops.
Basic technical background in IT support.
Proficiency in PowerBI, Visio, or the ability to quickly learn these tools.
Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and calculations.
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Analytical and problemsolving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex issues.
Commitment to continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices and proposing improvements to management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing environments.
