Job summary
The successful incumbent will be responsible for brand perception research customer satisfaction survey brand governance support and marketing intelligence to strengthen HKSTP's overall brand and ecosystem positioning.
Perception and Brand Health Studies Act as project owner to plan execute local global brand perception studies with external research agencies including scope definition questionnaire design sample plan timeline management.
Coordinate budgeting vendor management fieldwork monitoring quality control to ensure robust timely delivery of brand tracking ad-hoc studies.
Synthesise findings into clear insight reports recommendations for senior management cross-department stakeholders including presentations dashboards.Custome Satisfaction Survey I&T Ecosystem Serve as PIC of HKSTP s annual custome satisfaction survey covering park companies in our I&T ecosystem Work closely with business units define objectives surve content contact lists coordinate surve execution online quantitative qualitative methods Conduct regular data analysis track satisfaction on top final presentation insights learnings way-forward
