The Position:

We're looking for a versatile Production Assistant Intern to support our production team and our HR-Department as well as handling office assistant tasks.

Responsibilities:

Your main tasks will be:

Providing administrative support to the our production team:
Agenda followup
Planning/organising meetings
Following up mails
Assisting with funding submissions
Booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations
Translation of Dutch documents into FR and EN/ Translation of English documents into Dutch/FR.
Providing support with officerelated tasks and ensuring smooth daytoday operations

Jouw profiel

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a relevant study program, such as film, media, communications, or a related field
Speaking and writing Dutch, French and English is a must
Knowledge of Google suite
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Plus: Basic knowledge of Figma and keynote is a plus

Soft Skills:
