We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader for the site in Eupen (Belgium).


You will report hierarchically to the Site Manager, and functionally to the Regional Continuous Improvement Manager (Central Europ region: 9 sites in Nederlands, Belgium and Germany).

You will be in charge of supporting the implementation of continuous improvement tools and systems:

  • Collaborate with Site Leadership Team at site level to identify and implement strategy and objectives.
  • Implement Reporting (VSQCDMN) and Performance Control System (performance animation routines across site organization : monthly, weekly, daily, shift handover, short interval control during the shift).
  • Support the teams in analysis losses, in identifying and in carrying out continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance) in accordance with the needs of the plant and in compliance with good methodological paths.
  • Train, coach and guide site team members, at all levels of the organization, in the use of various tools/methods to move projects forward and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Share good Practices across the organization (sites, functional departments).
  • You have a successful professional experience in a position in continuous improvement.
  • You know Lean Manufacturing and its methodologies (Kaizen/DMAIC/SMED,, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance). Data analysis is one of your strengths.
  • You have a strong ability to analyze and question existing processes and move quickly from diagnosis to action.
  • Your autonomy, rigor and proactivity are essential assets for the success of your missions.
  • Your sense of teamwork and your interpersonal skills will facilitate your integration into our team.
  • You master the concepts of change management and adoption model.
  • You speak French and you are fluent in English. You have some knowledge of German.
