Talencia is currently looking for a Printing optimization business analyst for one of his clients

AsapDuration: 50 daysLanguage: French and Dutch + EnglishHomeworking: 3 days per week Mission: The objective of the Printing Business Analyst is to analyze print batches to determine their necessity and identify possible optimizations by discussing with various stakeholders (Business, Facilities, and IT).

The task will involve conducting this analysis batch by batch, in collaboration with the mailroom manager, batch job manager, and various stakeholders within the company.

Responsibilities:

Analyze each print batch (approximately 1400 batches) to:Gain a comprehensive understanding of their contents andIdentify any already digitized alternatives.

Make a proposal for optimizing batch jobs, both individually and collectively.

By discussing with various stakeholders within the company, examine the necessity (once again) of certain jobs, particularly considering the existence of possible alternatives.

Develop proposals for standardizing different print job formats to optimize printing and mailing costs.
If time allows, also make proposals regarding the utilization of our partner Speos' Easy2Mail solution.


Profile:

Profound knowledge of printing and shipping, with previous experience in a similar role in another company being highly advantageous.

Demonstrated expertise in change management.
Strong interest in and commitment to engaging deeply with the subject matter.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both business and technical stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, and challenging them when needed.
