About Us:

Subsea Global Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in providing underwater maintenance and repair services to the maritime industry.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operations Assistant to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

As an Operations Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations.

You will take charge of preparing thoroughly for all operational tasks, overseeing the entire job setup process from sales to reporting, and managing essential documentation.

Your role will involve coordinating with divers and CROV teams, maintaining effective communication channels with all involved, and managing subcontractors.

Additionally, you will facilitate clear communication with clients and oversee critical administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and document maintenance.

Your Qualifications:

A strong interest in the maritime industry
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
Proactive attitude towards problemsolving and decisionmaking
Perfect knowledge of the Dutch language and solid knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. Knowledge of French is a benefit.
