your role:

You translate the client project owner's needs into a high
quality architectural solution. Your design convinces both within the company and externally.
Preliminary studies like stability and technologies can be incorporated in good time because you steer the design process in the right direction. Once construction is under way on the project, you will monitor the design in consultation with the project architect.
For large projects, you supervise a team; on smaller ones (including standardisation and drawing work) you work alone.

your profile:

You have a degree in architecture and a good portfolio representing at least ten years of experience.
You have an affinity with designing diverse programmes.
You are creative and innovative, with an eye for the whole as well as the detail.
You are a good team player, you are a gogetter and able to take the initiative.
You can handle deadlines and the stress that goes with them.
You have a good knowledge of Autocad and a basic skills with Revit (or the willingness to invest in them).
You are bilingual Dutch-French.
Above all, you are motivated and driven.
